Rear wheel looking up. Arms cramping. No chance of stopping. Descending Wrynose Pass at 100miles in - and I wasn't anywhere near the KOM. Disappointing.

The winter hadn’t been so kind. Lots of traveling with work meant an inevitable lack of riding, but I was still lucky enough to get out running while being away.

The new bike all started last year when I saw a picture on twitter of the new Sync coming out from Kinesis.

I like it simple. And even though I get carried away with putting bouncy bits on sometimes to go a bit faster, I always go back to what's best. Rigid.
